We ask that you read the rules of this lucky draw carefully. If you enter one of our lucky draws, we assume you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. The California Company’s £100 John Lewis Vouchers Lucky Draw is open to anyone who has completed the ‘World Through Our Windows’ survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CM9FGWN (excluding employees of The California Company and PR4 Media Ltd, or members of their immediate family).
2. The Lucky Draw will be held at PR4 Media Ltd, The Leathermarket, 11-13 Weston Street, London, SE1 3ER on 24th February 2011.
3. There will be one winner who will receive £100 of John Lewis gift vouchers.
4. If you win the lucky draw, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.
5. The prize will be posted by recorded delivery once contact has been made with the winner. PR4 Media will endeavour do arrange this within 1 week of the Lucky Draw.
6. If the winner does not contact PR4 to accept the prize within 1 month of being notified PR4 will offer it to the runner up.
7. Results of the Lucky Draw will be published in the news section of The California Company’s Website and Facebook page.
8. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
9. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
10. This competition is being run on behalf of The California Company by PR4 Media Ltd, The Leathermarket, 11-13 Weston Street, London, SE1 3ER.
11. PR4’s decision on all matters relating to The California Company’s Lucky Draw is final. No dispute or correspondence will be entertained.
