Our Quickfix Temporary blinds are made from durable vinyl that can be raised or lowered in the same way as you would operate a standard window blind.

Install them as per the instructions below:

1) Offer the temporary blind up to your window and if required cut the width of the blind with a pair of sharp scissors. (Depending on the sharpness of your scissors, you may need a stanley knife to trim the weighted batten along the bottom of your blind)

2) Next peel off the strip on the top of the blind and stick the blind onto your window. It is recommended to place onto the glass of the window instead of onto paintwork as when your temporary blind is removed it may take some of the finished paint off as well.

If you have PVC windows please DO NOT stick the blinds to the plastic. The glue is designed for glass only and will prove very difficult to remove from other surfaces.

If you have dividing bars on your window, such as sash or Georgian windows, simply cut and place a small piece of paper onto the sticky part that will correspond to the bars so that when the blind is placed onto your window it will not stick to the paint work of your dividers.

3) Adjust the blinds, up or down, using the easy toggle adjuster.
