Warranty Information

Diligently designing your dream home means choosing products that not only look great but are built to last. That's why we're proud to offer a 10-year guarantee on all products, for free. 

Your warranty starts the day you take delivery of your shutters. It covers structural defects (cracks, hinge faults, etc.), warping, and paint/stain discolouration.

If something goes wrong, we’ll provide the parts to get your shutters back to full working order. In some cases, we’ll offer a full replacement if the parts alone can’t be sourced. 

Delivery is free until the end of year 5. For years 6-10, our standard advertised delivery fee applies.

Our carefully curated shutter collections are perfectly suited for ‘do it yourself’ installation. This means we can’t cover the cost of a third-party fitter if you choose to use one. 

The guarantee also excludes defects arising from: 

• Normal wear and tear 
• Failing to follow our measurement, installation or care guidance
• Misuse, accidental or intentional damage 
• Use as anything other than an internal window shading
• Use in a non-domestic environment
