You can cancel your order within 24-hours of placing it. After that, we’ll go into production and won’t be able to stop your order.

Our products are made-to-measure, so we can’t accept returns if you change your mind or make a mistake on your order. 

If part of your order is defective, damaged or not as described then contact us by emailing [email protected] or via our live chat within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Be sure to include your name, address, order number, and item as named on your order confirmation. We will also require supporting photographs.
